Refund policy

We accept return requests within 2 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, shape, size, and finish are natural and are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To request a return, contact us at anaisconcepto@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once the item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

FINAL SALE: Items showing signs of use, wear, damage caused by the customer, or natural handmade variations are not eligible for return.
